What counts as a requisition?
One open job opening, or req. You're billed for each req while it's open. When you close it, billing for it stops.
How do the three free reqs work?
Each organization gets three free requisitions. We identify your organization by your business email domain, so you'll need a work email to sign up.
Do I need to change my ATS?
No. The Chrome extension and CSV upload work with any applicant tracking system you already use. The API is there when you want verification built into the application itself.
What does the API add?
With the API, the code is checked when the candidate submits. Applications without a valid code are blocked before they reach your pipeline.
Does this slow candidates down?
Very little. Verifying in the app takes about a minute, and after that the candidate applies the same way they always would.
